JBird’s Wire: December 2025

JBird’s Wire

December Edition

A Newsletter brought to you by JBird Realty Group

December in Georgetown always feels like a gentle pause, the kind where the whole town seems to take a warm breath together. Wolf Ranch homes glow with festive lights, Berry Creek porches lean into the quiet beauty of winter mornings, and the Square turns into a living snow globe of twinkle and charm…sans the snow!

It’s a season that reminds us how comforting community can be. Neighbors wave longer, gatherings stretch later, and home becomes a place we slow down long enough to savor. Our local market reflects that same steady rhythm, with motivated buyers and sellers making thoughtful moves before the new year begins.

Market Peek for December

  • Inventory across Georgetown remains steady and balanced.
  • December sellers benefit from warm, inviting showings and motivated buyers.
  • Wolf Ranch and Berry Creek continue to see strong demand and healthy pricing.
  • Leasing remains active as new residents prepare for 2025 transitions.

Home Tip of the Month

Add subtle holiday touches to the entryway like evergreen accents, layered doormats, soft lantern lighting, or a scented bowl of dried oranges and cloves. Small details turn a welcome into an embrace.

Embrace the nostalgia of the 1990’s (it’s trending this year) and make those snowflakes, bake some cookies for your neighbors, and throw a little tinsel (or a lot!) on the tree.
